I love art from found objects. Also recycled and repurposed items that are juxtaposed to create something new, surprising, mysterious, or just curious and whimsical. These assemblages and mixed media take on a sculptural quality that goes beyond color, texture and composition. It's also fun to know that these things, otherwise destined for landfills, find new life in a piece of art.
